There is no one size fits all solution when it comes to therapy. In my practice, I tailor therapy to each individual’s needs, integrating relevant elements of evidence based approaches. I have extensive knowledge, training, and experience in providing a multitude of evidence based interventions including, but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, EMDR, trauma-informed interventions, and family therapy interventions.
